We are currently in need of a responsible and conscientious individual to become our Full-Time, Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Columbia Lanes located in Columbia, MD. This position will be responsible for supervising the operations of bar/snack bar and/or restaurant, providing input to the General Manager on all food and beverage matters in the bowling center, maintaining a safe environment, and improving bottom line profitability through appropriate revenue management, along with handling regular bar/snack bar and/or restaurant duties. This position is a key position in the Centers food and beverage operation.
Requirements &
Qualifications:
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Flexibility with work schedule
High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in Food and Beverage Management preferred.
Prior food and beverage guest service, bartender, drink preparation and food handling experience
Must have completed Serving Alcohol Responsibly training and be T.I.P.S. certified
Supervisory training and knowledge.
Must be at least 21 years old.
