Systems Engineer

Leidos is currently looking to add a Systems Engineer to a growing Agile development task.
The SE will work closely with an agile team of software developers, Subject Matter Experts, and TechSIGINT analysts to perform requirements derivation and refinement.
The SE will lead or aid in backlog grooming, clearing roadblocks, and reporting progress to ensure features are added or improved during the sprint.
The SE will develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to the customer.
The candidate must be a proactive, self-starter with leadership and communication skills.

o Derive functional, system, and performance requirementso Develop various systems engineering artifacts (CONOPs, architecture diagrams, etc.
)o Develop schedules for features; Perform backlog groomingo Write or review documentationo Serve as team leado Create various status reports Basic
Qualifications:
Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Experience on a team that implements agile scrum methodology.

Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master Certification- Experience with Jira, MS Project, Visio- Knowledge and experience with systems and utilized within the TechSIGINT domainPay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.
00 - $182,000.
00 - $245,700.
