Assistant Project Manager

Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them Manage and coordinate installations from inception to completion Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project Prepare and coordinate multiple different schedules with suppliers and contractors Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change Job Requirements:
Develop scope of construction projects Resolve construction problems and improve construction methods Managing the entire construction process for individual construction projects Develop and update pre-construction and construction estimates Manage all documentation of construction projects Conduct project meetings Spearhead the management of construction projects Coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines Perform field inspections of projects under construction Managing multiple projects within the construction industry or a construction related industry Update construction budgets and schedules Develop and manage construction schedules Oversee all field aspects of construction projects Document inspections throughout construction process Oversee all construction activities on assigned projects Ensure the successful completion of construction projects Accomplish construction project results by defining project purpose and scope Maintain good relations with engineers, subcontractors, owners and architects.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
