Property Manager Associate Specialist KBR is seeking a Property Manager for the NOAA Space Weather Follow On (SWFO) Antenna Network (SAN) Project and NOAA Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites (GOES-R) Ground System (GS). The Property Manager will develop and utilize a Property Management Plan to identify and account for Government property in the possession of the contractor from the time the property is acquired until it is formally delivered. This person will also plan and execute property control activities and audits to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, and company property in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain property accountability records, typically in a corporate and/or customer database Process and arrange disposal of returned, surplus, or obsolete material and equipment Tracks shipments as needed. Processes incoming and outgoing shipments, and tag equipment to ensure proper inventory guidelines are followed Work with the engineering team to develop, enter and review information on Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for tracking purposes and accuracy. Upload documentation for invoice reconciliation Administer facility costs as/if required, including square footage, lease agreements, rental rates, operating budgets, and act as liaison with owners of leased space Provide back-up support to the contract secretarial/administration support as needed Other duties as assigned Required Education, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree 5
years of related experience Costpoint, Remedy Database, SharePoint, Deltek, Microsoft Office Suite, System Applications and Products (SAP).
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Construction & Real EstateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
