Responsibilities:
Essential FunctionsCollection of raw materials, PorcineRinse and initial cleaning of raw materials upon receiptSeparation and removal of unwanted tissuesDisinfection and handling of Disinfection ChemicalsPreparation of storage and cleaning solutionsDocument and track materials and solutionsProcess raw materials for final product including, but not limited to cutting/trimming to size, lyophilizing, and packagingPerform inspections during processing as called for in SOPs.
Build, cut, package and label devicesOperation of specialty equipment (ex:
lyophilizer, condenser, die press)Cross-train and perform duties as needed in different process areas (clean rooms, raw materials etc)Ability to setup, operate and clean all manufacturing cleanrooms and equipmentDaily interaction with cleaning chemicals and odors, used in a controlled environment.
Additional ResponsibilitiesMake suggestions that would improve the work environment or material processingKeep track of when supplies become low or need to be purchasedPerform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Required Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentSimilar experience preferredRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesGood work ethic, dependable and punctualAble to work well in both group settings and independentlyFlexible and adaptable to changing assignmentsWorking knowledge of GMP and ISO standards preferredPhysical RequirementsRepetitive motion of wrists, arms, and handsLifting of up to 40 lbsStanding for two hours or more; sitting for two hours or moreAbility to properly apply and remove sterile gowningAbility to work with raw materials (porcine bladders)Environmental ConditionsClean room environment; must adhere to hygiene SOPMust wear gowning as stated in SOP's.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
