Responsibilities of the Software Development Project Manager:
Manage projects through the software development life cycleDefine technical scope and milestones and performance metrics requirementsEffectively align stakeholders, development, engineering, and cross-functional teamsManage project progress, highlight any risk proactively, and ensure a risk mitigation plan is in placeIdentify and remove bottlenecks before they cause scheduling delaysFacilitate collaboration, planning, and coordinationDrive projects to success with a solution-oriented mindsetRequirements of the Software Development Project Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldHands-on experience as a PM, software architect, or lead engineerIn-depth understanding of the SDLC, including PM methodology and techniques, development, QA, and deploymentStrong situational analysis, decision making abilities and relationship management with key stakeholders across the organizationExcellent communication skills with the capability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to varying audiencesComfortable writing technical documentationAbility to handle multiple competing priorities Job ID:
