Our client is an award-winning healthcare system and one of the largest employers in Maryland.
They have the combined patient-first philosophy of care, compassion, and clinical experience with an emphasis on customer service.
They have a rare opening for a Project Manager - Leadership Professional Development.
In this role you will work with the organization development team to provide training to a variety of audiences, from emerging leader, first time leaders, existing leaders and executives.
You will partner external vendors who already have the content desired and work to customize it to the organization's mission.
You will then coordinate the implementation of the learning programs and courses, up to and including the delivery of content and vendor management and then measure the success of the training.
Corporate headquarters are in Columbia, MD, but once on board, a hybrid work schedule that is primarily remote is what you can expect.
Travel within the MD/DC metro area will occasionally be required.
In this role you will use your expertise to design and project manage a variety of learning solutions to support strategic business initiatives, drive engagement, and create bench strength.
Additionally, you will serve as the project lead responsible for oversight of one or more learning programs by acting as the program(s) spokesperson, internal content expert, and/or project manager to ensure all program objectives are being met and that the program's vision is being actualized.

Responsibilities :
Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards.
Complies with governmental and accreditation regulationsConducts learning and gap analysis, collecting data from key stakeholders, to determine and understand business needs, objectives and/or desired outcomes Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that learning solutions enable end user to successfully learn new concepts, processes, products, systems, changes, etc.
Determines appropriate learning solutions for a variety of learning styles with varying skill levelsDesigns effective and innovative instructional materials, interactions, simulations, and assessments to support the required instructional strategyTests effectiveness of learning content and materials and revises as needed.
Writes, executes, and analyzes usability studies and test plans related to course materials, e-learning strategies and learning management systems/portalsDelivers world class training, leveraging various mediums including instructor led training (ILT), web-based/virtual training, blended, 1:
1 customized and/or job aids Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Adult Learning, Education, Media Sciences, Human Resources, or related field10 years of experience working in corporate setting developing, designing and evaluating professional development programs Experience developing learning programs using ADDIE, SAM, AGILE or other instructional design processes Experience developing digital content delivered in a learning management systemFamiliarity with designing, developing, and implementing instructor led (virtual and in person), as well as development of online modules and other e-learning solutions Ability to use and learn new multimedia technology and authoring toolsExceptional skills in public speaking and in-person and remote facilitation Preferred
Qualifications:
Advanced Training Certificate or Master's degree preferredCertified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), Certified Professional in Leaning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)or related certification from the Association for Talent Development preferred :

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
