This includes the development of plans for manpower, training, marketing, organizational structure, and budgeting.
Directly supervises the Management and Administrative Teams of the business to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, employee & customer satisfaction, etc.
) are achieved.
Overall responsibility and accountability to ensure that the overall culture, and program (and associated training, inspection, and enforcement systems) exists, and the necessary resources are provided within the associated location.
Directs operational support to ensure vehicles fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards and health, safety and environmental standards Ensures office/warehouse facility is maintained and managed per company standards.
Upholds the business requirements and business recommendations as set forth by Authority Brands, The Cleaning Authority and The Cleaning Authority model.
Implements, tracks, and provides feedback of new trial services, processes, marketing, technology, etc.
as determined by the COO.
Ensures recruiting activities are constant.
Conducts meetings with the Management Team with on-site presence to make certain that continuity exists among Managers and that each contributes to the meetings.
Conduct performance reviews with each Manager and assists Managers with holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards.
Creates a positive and goal focused culture with the managers at all locations.
Coordinates with Marketing team to implement digital and media strategy in local market.
Maintains the company's standard of the satisfaction guarantee.
Reviews customer satisfaction list daily and resolves issues the same day.
Places regular phone calls to customers to check on satisfaction.
Reviews payroll reports to ensure hours and pay (including overtime and minimum wage) rates coincide with business volume and legal requirements.
Participates in regularly scheduled conference calls with Executive Leadership Team and attends in-person management meetings as needed throughout the year.
Other duties as assigned.
Advanced Degree and/or 5
years of successful home services industry profit center leadership experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with past employers in the same or similar industry preffered.
Experience in and ability to motivate teams through leading by example.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, including strong coaching skills.
Proven, superior customer service and sales abilities with a strong understanding of job costing.
Proven ability to manage and deliver budgeted sales and EBITDA monthly.
