6 Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Responsible for managing activities related to planning, implementing, evaluating, and reporting of community health program activities.
Education Master's degree in public health, community health, healthcare administration or a related field required.
Experience 2 years in a public health setting with demonstrated skills in public health program planning, implementation, and evaluation required and experience in field of chronic disease prevention and management, and/or education required Licenses and Certifications No special certification, registration or licensure required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to manage time and workflow to meet multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in producing and delivering professional reports and presentations to diverse audiences.
Adept at developing and managing partnerships.
Ability to effectively communicate and present information to diverse audiences.
Proficient in managing data and databases.
Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards.
Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
Assists in developing and maintaining partnerships with community organizations.
Assists in identifying and securing grant funding to support community health programs, manages grant budgets, and reports to funders post-award.
Communicates best practices in community health programming to Community Health Workgroup.
Coordinates and manages the Community Health Needs Assessment process.
Coordinates and organizes quarterly Community Health Workgroup meetings.
Creates and manages comprehensive spreadsheets and databases; utilizes advanced data collection and data reporting software systems to report program status and outcomes.
Designs and conducts one-on-one or organizational training sessions to promote consistency and strengthen the effectiveness of system community-based programming.
Develops processes to monitor community health programming in accordance with community health assessment implementation strategies.
Develops systemwide year-end, and semi-annual program reports and presentations.
Develops, manages, and evaluates systemwide community health programs.
Leads orientation sessions for new community health associates.
Manages activities associated with the annual MedStar Health Report to the Community and other annual reports.
Performs community health program analysis, synthesizes information, and develops/delivers presentations to internal and external groups as appropriate.
Provides guidance and serves as resource for testing best and promising practices related to community health needs assessment-related programs.
Participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams as appropriate.
Participates in meetings, serves on committees, and represents the department and MedStar Corporate in community outreach efforts as appropriate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
