Summary:
Monitor and coordinate daily activity to maintain adequate cash reserves and Company's cash management platform.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate daily cash movement and administration of Company/JV bank accounts which includes (but is not limited to):
track draws and payments under the Company's $800M Revolving Credit facility; locking of LIBOR tranches; cash balances sweeps; manual check deposits, etc.
Establish required company bank accounts and liaison with banks to ensure proper account set up and maintenance.
Oversee daily cash monitoring and forecasting activities.
Ensure that daily cash position report is updated and distributed to senior management, as appropriate.
Monitor bank accounts and track incoming cash and outgoing payments.
Utilize funding projection model to minimize the amount of cash on hand and to provide insight to the company's total cash capacity (corporate cash and line of credit availability).
Partner with other Company disciplines to understand and capture upcoming cash funding requirements.
Coordinate the overall maintenance of the cash management platform.
Coordinate the establishment of certain control procedures within the cash management platform and ensure appropriate access by specific Company team members.
Integral part of Treasury team that recommends solutions to improve and bring more discipline to cash management processes and monitoring which may include (but is not limited to):
alternative payment options (company purchase cards, ACH additions, etc.
Document cash management procedures and maintain appropriate details in coordination with treasury responsibilities and initiatives.
Familiarity with Company's Delegation of Authority approval levels to ensure compliance in completing electronic funds transfers.
Monitor and implement fraud prevention tools including review of Positive Pay exceptions SECONDARY
Responsibilities:
Assist other members of the department with Capital Markets activities.

Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field.
Further Training - N/A Professional Experience - 2-5 years of treasury or other relevant experience.
Computer Skills - PC proficiency including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
) and ability to learn company specific software.
Ability to adapt to new or changing software programs.
Mobility - N/A Other Requirements - Ability to define problems, research and recommend solutions.
Strong quantitative, accounting, and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical, written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience Required 2 year(s):
2-5 years of treasury or other relevant experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
