Verbal Beginnings is hiring for field-based & center-based BCBAs in Howard County! Compensation & Schedules:
Compensation:
Verbal Beginnings offers hourly positions ranging from $90.
00 - $95.
00 per billable hour, and full-time compensation packages ranging from $90,000.
00 - $108,000.
00 annually! Schedules:
Field-based caseloads are based on schedule availability, distance to cases, and your personal goals.
Center-based schedules are full-time, Monday-Friday.
Center shifts are 7:
30am-4:
00pm and 8:
30am-5:
00pm, and candidates must be able to work either shift.
Qualifications of the Clinical Supervisor - BCBA:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed in the State of Maryland or eligible to obtain licensure.
Completion of BCBA supervision training.
3
years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
Experience working in and developing home, school, and community-based ABA programs.
Experience supervising implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
Experience working with children with behavior problems.
Experience conducting family training on ABA based treatment plans.
Excellent communication skills and excitement to work with others!
