The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources or General Manager (property specific).
As a member of the property Human Resources support staff, he/she directs and works with Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resources Office including oversight of recruitment total compensation training, and development.
Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with federal state, and local regulations and Aimbridge Hospitality operating procedures.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a hotel or a related industry; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience.
Previous supervisory responsibility required.
College course work in related field helpful Familiarity with and knowledge of employment laws are helpful.
Must be proficient in Windows operating systems Familiar with Human Resources/employee regulations and laws and ensure that the property is in compliance.

$47,544.
