Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Verbal Beginnings is looking for amazing BCBAs who want to change lives every day in one of our beautiful centers in Columbia, MD! Compensation & Schedules:
Compensation:
We offer guaranteed base salaries with other incentive earning potential, with total compensation packages ranging from $90K - $110K
Sign-On Bonus:
$5K sign-on bonus! Unlimited Referral Bonuses:
Generous referral bonuses - no limitations! Schedule:
Center hours are Monday - Friday, 7:
30 AM - 4:
00 PM or 8:
30 AM - 5:
00 PM.
No nights, no weekends! Candidates need to be available and flexible to work either shift, based on the needs of our kiddos and their families.
What sets our compensation apart? Your compensation is not based on billable hours.
We believe in providing therapy that is medically authorized for the child.
