The Healthy Beginnings Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) position is an administrative and clinical leadership position that provides clinical oversight for a team of therapists and clients in the Healthy Beginnings feeding program.
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) works closely with the Director of Healthy Beginnings (DOHB) to facilitate day to day operations of the Healthy Beginnings program.
The DOHB will determine the Clinical Supervisor's schedule.
This position includes provision of services to children receiving daily intensive or weekly therapy services.

We offer guaranteed base salaries with other incentive earning potential, with total compensation packages ranging from $98K - $108K

Center hours are Monday - Friday, 7:
30 AM - 4:
00 PM or 8:
30 AM - 5:
00 PM.
No nights, no weekends! Candidates need to be available and flexible to work either shift, based on the needs of our kiddos and their families.

You need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
You need to be licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
You need to be dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families.
Previous experience with assessment and treatment of the pediatric feeding disorder population preferred Experience conducting family trainings preferred As a Healthy Beginnings Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will:
Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients Conduct family training according to insurance authorization Assist DOHB with assessments of new clients Assist DOHB with parent group training events Other
Responsibilities:
Coverage of unscheduled technician call-outs Regular participation at free VBC CEU events Present Case Reviews on a rotating basis during weekly BCBA meeting Present CEU event on a rotating basis Coverage within other programs at the Verbal Beginnings Center Verbal Beginnings' personnel policies, procedures, and practices prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin, age, or sex.
