This position willreport directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
The individual will also work closely with third party vendors, when necessaryResponsibilitiesParticipates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Financial Payment Gateway and other systems related projects and partners with our product management team to deliver resultsUnderstands and maintains a solid knowledge of.
Regulation Z, Regulation F, FDCPA, and PCI Compliance in addition to institutional policies and business processes.
Displays willingness to share such knowledge with other stakeholdersArchives and updates process documentation and reports out on any relevant information according to business needs, standards and processesCompletes daily departmental reporting (such as key performance indicators, agency recoveries, internal cash collections and payment plans)Respond to general inquiries, agency disputes from third party agencies, provide statement of account when requested, maintain and report on agency performance etc.
Responsible for departmental Salesforce queue, voicemails, TEAMS requests.
Reconcile agency payments/recoveries/feesProcessing vendor invoices and expenses for the Financial Account Management DepartmentCompletes other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree Preferred or comparable previous work experienceGeneral knowledge of Salesforce and Banner preferredGeneral knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB regulations a plusAbility to work independently as well as function as part of a teamOutstanding customer service skills both written and verbalAdvanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft ExcelExcellent interpersonal communication, mathematical, problem solving, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure project completionSelf-motivated and willing to take ownership of, and quickly resolve, complex issuesAdditional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $16.
