Modern office setting Food provided We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage databases and input information, data, and records into computer systems.
Provide general administrative support to staff members.
