We are actively seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.
Your role will be to provide first-level technical support to the Leap Team, solve technical issues, document activity, assist in support triage, and execute Standard Operating Procedures.
This role will give you the opportunity to learn new technology.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Quickly and positively responding to incoming help requests.
Excellent customer service Creating and Documenting standard procedures Virtually onboarding new employees using Mosyle and making sure their Macs are ready to go day one.
Physically setting up computers, testing and troubleshooting connectivity Fixing and Addressing issues with VPN, WIFI, and various site logins.
Learning new technology and skills REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Working knowledge of Apple products Detailed, organized and can-do attitude Demonstrable base computer hardware and software skills Must be authorized to work in the United States Enjoy technology and helping others Desire to learn new technology and grow PRIORITY GOES TO CANDIDATES WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Experience with Jira Experience with Azure and O365 Experience with Salesforce Experience with AWS Leap is an equal opportunity employer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
