The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing the front desk.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to manage a variety of tasks with ease.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional & friendly manner and transfer to the appropriate team member.
Greet Visitors Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Assist with clerical tasks.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
