Strategic Management Consultant with Security Clearance

ai is seeking a Strategic Management Consultant to provde strategic and budgetary guidance to our government customer.
This position will be based out of Laurel, MD and will report on-site daily (no remote flexibility)The SMC will assist the customer in developing strategy and budgetary guidance for future outlays and estimatesHe/she will develop dashboards using technologies such as SPLUNK or other similar tools to provide easily digestable information to decision makersWhat you will doo Analyze data for program build activities and write executive summarieso Provide trend analysis reports to identify gaps in resourceso Assist in mapping resources to programs, high interest areas, etco Develop budget and other dashboards using tools such as SPLUNK What you need to haveo Clearance:
Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygrapho BA/BS degree with 8
years of experience, A dvanced Degree (MA/MS) with 6
years of experience, or 12 years of experience in strategic management, enterprise level portfolio management or governemnt procuremento Understanding of Department of Defense strategic plans and prioritieso Experience in Strategic Mangement and/or the Federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) Process or similar enterprise-level portfolio management system (ie, determining value and alignment of proposed initiatives to executive-level strategic guidance, requesting resources from overseers or mission sponsors, and allocting resources to the highest priority mission areas What we'd like you to haveo SPUNK or other similar visualization toolo Experience in collecting data from multiple sourceso High level experience with MS Excel (Pivots, tables, filters, etc) About BigBear.
