Summary:
Celebree School of Columbia-SOUTH is in need of a hardworking and passionate assistant director!! We need an assistant director who can assist the School Director in the oversight of talent, brand, and operations of an assigned School to ensure Celebree's mission, vision, and values are upheld.
This entails actively developing and maintaining positive customer/community relations.
Qualifications:
This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, patience, flexibility, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

Essential Functions:
TALENT Assists Director in identifying and hiring the best talent; helps to motivate School Team.
Supports orientation and on-going training.
Networks within the community to recruit new families; follows-up with potentials; committed to reaching enrollment goals.
Promotes teamwork and enthusiasm; fosters commitment to Celebree mission, vision, and values.
Documents effectively; consistent use of company tools/processes.
Assists with planning and facilitation of monthly staff meetings.
BRAND Greets family members by name; presents a positive and professional image.
Ensures staff presents a professional image and uphold Celebree dress code.
Ensures exceptional customer service experiences, e.

, thorough, friendly tours; welcoming environment; accessible for parents, phone calls, etc.

Assists in ensuring School is consistently clean, neat, and organized and meets visual execution standards; recommends repair work as needed.
Assists in supporting and leading new company initiatives; works with School Director to ensure adaptation of new programs, policies and procedures.
OPERATIONS Ensures compliance with all federal & state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards and policies.
Alternates with School Director, opens (6:
30 a.
m.
) and closes (6:
30 p.
m.
) daily.
Assists in planning and supervising School field trips and programs; ensures curriculum is followed.
Assists in creation of staff schedules; helps to maintain accurate and complete employee and child files; assists with classroom observations as needed.
Completes all required paperwork and recordkeeping on a timely basis.
Assists in maintaining enrollment and managing all resources effectively and within budget.
Ensures School financials are up-to-date, accurate and organized.
Demonstrates accountability and initiative; identifies opportunities/goals for the School.
Understands payroll and budget control and remains within target; achieves enrollment goals.
Transports children in Celebree van as needed.
Seeks professional development opportunities; stays current on new practices in the childcare and education industry.
Education/
Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree.
Director Qualified desired.
Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler and School Age certification strongly preferred.
Business and/or accounting experience as well as experience managing in childcare desired.
Specific Skills:
Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office Knowledge of OCC licensing requirements.
