Who You Are As a Building Analyst at CAC, you are a candidate eager to enter the Weatherization field and transition into an energy auditor role.
This position offers a comprehensive training experience, preparing you to become a key contributor to our Weatherization team.
What You'll Learn Online training focused on field tools and expectations In-office training on State-mandated program operations manual Field training, including shadowing Weatherization team members and using diagnostic tools Obtain BPI certification, including Building Analyst (BA-P), within six months of hire What You'll Do Provide technical skills to the Weatherization team Order appliances based on program needs Assist Energy Auditors and Quality Control Inspectors Perform audits and inspections under the supervision of credentialed inspectors Other duties as assigned What You Bring High School Diploma or GED Proficient in high school-level math Valid driver's license and a vehicle for work-related duties Comfortable working in both office and outdoor environmentsduring all types of weather conditions Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
