This is a hybrid remote position in Columbia, MD.
Job duties will include investigating and adjusting commercial property claims, preparing estimates of damages to commercial properties, preparing reports, working with construction contractors, policyholders, and insurance carrier.
Ideal candidates will possess the following experiences and abilities; A 4-year college degree, A minimum of 5
years' experience as a commercial property field claims adjuster.
Experience, and proficient ability to write property damage repair estimates in Xactimate, and the use of Xactimate Sketch.
Experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word and Excel.
