Secure Halo is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer who desires to focus on soup to nuts cyber project management and coordination - to completely own applied research and experimentation projects and ensure their success by doing whatever it takes to achieve that successYou'll be engineering projects that will develop and implement next-generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities to help revolution the cyber battlefield and ensure the superiority of our cyber forces over our adversariesYou'll coordinate with various parties to ensure the mission effect is achieved, and utilize your technical expertise throughout the entire process to ensure everything is accomplished in a sound and secure mannerWhat You'll Be Doing:
Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering processDevelop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentationInteract with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflictsOversee the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibilityCommunicate with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executivesGuide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plansAnalyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problemsProvide engineering guidance to technical staff and establishes effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partnersDeliver briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makersWork complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research teamDesign and deliver solutions What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI w/PolygraphMinimum 10 years of experience as a System EngineerBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related disciplineMinimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Exposure to Cloud/AWSA problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)Able to build systems from the ground up - network architecture/systems engineering Location:
