Senior UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Medisolv, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our Platform and software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, define requirements, and design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction visual design, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and product goals
Incorporate end user workflows and intuitive navigation in the UI/UX design
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas
Develop user interface designs that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing result
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience and as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in designing B2B solutions, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and deliverables.
Strong UX development skills are necessary to succeed in this position
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, or similar
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interactive design, and information architecture
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience and/or familiarity with enterprise applications in healthcare provider settings
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
This position is open to remote work. Our office is located in Columbia, Maryland.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
