Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related

or C development experience (a combination of training, internships, and course work will be considered in lieu of work experience)
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Knowledge of design patterns
Knowledge of network protocols and/or socket programming
Understanding of threading, concurrency, and atomic data structures
Experience with C++11 and/or Boost C+
libraries
Experience using (or programming) Linux
Knowledge of Agile development methodology

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
