Functional Responsibility:We are seeking a Requirements Engineer that will create and analyze information requirements. Drive requirements capture, definition, tracking, and decomposition. Manage changes to requirements throughout the software development cycle.
Duties/requirements:
Linux experience desired
Experience with Jira or ReqPro
Experience in Agile Development
Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
Generate system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures.
Translate high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and work with other engineering disciplines to develop lower level detailed implementation requirements.
Establish and coordinate development of standards and practices as related to the overall product development.
Translate high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and work with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop lower level detailed requirements.
Participate in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts.
Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation.

REQUIRED Education and
Experience: For Level 2
BS or above from an accredited college or university in SE, CS, IS, Engineering Science, engineering management or related field is required.
Advanced technical degree desired.
Five (5) years additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
Five plus years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal government.
Five (5) years experience working as a Systems Engineer in Programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation.
Three (3) years direct experience with Intelligence Community.
Experience in the following: Solaris and Linux; Solaris, Linux, and Windows utilities and techniques to diagnose and correct performance bottlenecks.
Significant experience in the following: Designing complex collection systems; Integrating systems using multiple operating systems (Solaris, Linux, Windows 2000); Performing tradeoff studies; and/or System performance analysis.
Experience in Agile development methodology (such as NSA Spin development).
Technical Certification as a Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP) from INCOSE, DAWIA SPRDE Level 2, or other equivalent certification is desired.

REQUIRED Education and
Experience: Level 3
Minimum twelve (12) years experience in a technical role in projects and programs for Government or Industry customers.
BS or above from an accredited college or university in SE, CS, IS, Engineering Science, engineering management or related field is required.
Advanced technical degree desired.
Five (5) years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation.
At least three (3) years direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.
Experience in the following: Solaris and Linux; Solaris, Linux, and Windows utilities and techniques to diagnose and correct performance bottlenecks.
Significant experience in the following: Designing complex collection systems; Integrating systems using multiple operating systems (Solaris, Linux, Windows 2000); Performing tradeoff studies; and/or System performance analysis.
Experience providing leadership for system engineering of large-scale systems, major system elements, and/or interfacing systems.
Experience in Agile development methodology (such as NSA Spin development.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
