DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to support end users with a variety of issues
RESPONSIBILITIES /
Experience:
The Tier II Help Desk Tech will provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Specifically, he/she will perform the following duties:
Support Active Directory and work with Group Policies
Reset passwords through active directory and create users
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution using established work order tracking system.
Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks
May lead and direct the work of others.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with a firm grasp of Windows 7 OS
Printer connectivity and troubleshooting
Working with AD to grant permission and do lookups
File Permissions
Work order tracking system (preferable Altiris)
Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Outlook.
Strong communication and customer service skills
EDUCATION
Requires an associate's degree or equivalent in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
