The Environmental Analyst will support the analytic and reporting activities within the customer's Operations Division. The selected candidate will support SIGDEV Activities by using customer tools and databases to characterize and understand target networks, providing content for reports, and recommending decisions related to system operations.
The Environmental Analyst will work with teammates and other subject matter experts to develop a fuller understanding of the intent, objectives, and capabilities of selected communication networks.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have Network Analysis experience. from time spent working with tools such as BLACKPEARL, PINWALE, and experience with customer SIGDEV activities.

Candidates should have experience in three of the specializations below:
-Signal Analysis
-Modern Telecommunications Systems/Networks
-Telephony Switching Systems
-Internet Communication protocols, specifically at Layers 1-3
-Cellular/Personal Communication Systems
The candidate must have recent experience using one set of the following tools:
-BLACKPEARL
-PINWALE
-TKB/NKB
-OCTAVE
-UTT
The candidate should also have recent experience using the following tools:
?CPE
?SCORPIOFORE

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
