Summary:
The position will perform development/engineering, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Develop solutions and integrate and extend COTS products.
Support program or project staff in development of technical documentation.
Support design and development of applications that contain a user-facing view component.
Develop Java 7 server side applications and web services using the eclipse IDE on a CentOS platform.
The server side applications will support an existing web based GUI and will also integrate with existing corporate web services.

Bachelor's degree in a software development or computer science-related discipline with 10 years experience; 14 years of demonstrated engineering experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
Software development/engineering experience, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing and problem diagnosis/resolution experience.
Currently possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Java, Eclipse IDE, GIT version control system, Spring Framework, RESTful web services, JDBC, MySQL, Apache/Tomcat, JUnit, and Linux.
