Our client located in Columbia MD is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for a Direct Hire Opportunity.
Provide key technical knowledge, assistance and functional support for client?s .NET applications, Azure applications, and CRM platforms. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish business goals through the strategic use of technology. Will provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be high level contributor/specialist.
Essential Functions:
Assist in the development and integration of client?s .NET applications platforms
Assist in the development and integration of client?s CRM platform.
Assist in the development and integration of Azure platform.
Architect, design, build, document, and assist with testing and releasing software solutions based on the company?s SDLC methodology
Collaborate with IT team members on process enhancements. Validate proposed enhancements, evaluate technologies to support enhancements, and work to implement changes
Work on a development team focused on quickly delivering business solutions using Iterative/Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies, with high quality
Assist the development team with R&D/POC work, 20% projects
Coordinate work with external consulting partners when necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: Bachelor Degree
Field of Study: Computer Science, Information Sciences, or Engineering
Experience: 5-8 years
Industry: Related wholesale, retail or distribution preferred
Job Specific: .NET Development, Azure Development, MS SQL, CRM & ERP Development
Personal Competencies:
Demonstrated ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications
Demonstrated capacity to plan, prioritize and organize time, project schedules and multiple project activities
Highly skilled in project and program management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change
Computer Skills:
Extensive ? Expert level experience with .NET technologies
Excellent programming and technology skills in ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Silverlight, LightSwitch, Azure
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Expert knowledge of Visual Studio
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft IIS and basic understanding of network topology
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
