Manager Application Development

Provide key technical leadership, assistance and functional support for this Retail Company's applications, Azure applications, and CRM platforms. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish business goals through the strategic use of technology. Will provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be high level contributor/specialist. Will be responsible for leading a team of developers.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Assist in the development and integration of .NET applications platforms
Assist in the development and integration of CRM platform.
Assist in the development and integration of Azure platform
Architect, design, build, document, and assist with testing and releasing software solutions based on the company
Collaborate with IT team members on process enhancements. Validate proposed enhancements, evaluate technologies to support enhancements, and work to implement changes
Work on a development team focused on quickly delivering business solutions using Iterative/Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies, with high quality
Assist the development team with R&D/POC work, 20% projects
Source, lead, and coordinate consulting teams as necessary.
Oversees hiring decisions, performance appraisals, and employee development for team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a B.A. or B.S. in Computer Schience, Information Technology or Engineering and at least 8 years Experience. (Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted)
INDUSTRY
Experience: Related Wholesale, Retail or Distribution Preferred

Excellent programming and technology skills with ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Silverlight, LightSwitch, Azure
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Expert knowledge of Visual Studio
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft IIS and basic understanding of network topology
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a high performing team.
TRAVEL
Some travel required being on a global team.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
