This person will be responsible for design, development, maintenance, management and support of DLSS, DCITA IT assets and DCITA facility engineering. The Lead Information Management Engineer provides IT guidance and support, serves as the DLSS engineering lead and works with SMEs and other stakeholders to identify, develop, integrate, and transition operational concepts and potential solutions through the process of requirements definition, concept development, and experimentation, analysis, and refinement.

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
o Bachelor's degree and 6
years of experience in the areas below
o Experience in providing guidance and supervision for the management, security, and
preservation of academic records.
o Experience in creating and presenting briefs and/or written/verbal reports
o Should have knowledge of DoD Records Management Requirements
o Experience in analyzing course prerequisites, certification and/or curriculum requirements
o Active U.S. Government Clearance Required: TS
Preferred
Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
o PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline
o Knowledge of DoD and Air Force Supply Chain Logistics and Practices
o Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes and best practices.
o Experience in using and or working with some or all of the following and familiarity with SOA, SLDC, Agile, Enterprise Architecture, System Architecture, Requirements Analysis, and Business Process Engineering.
o Knowledge/Experience with DoD Instructions, Regulations, Rules and governances related to DoD IT systems and IT systems security.
