Responsible for working with a team of Java developers on an Enterprise J2EE application for a Public Safety software product company. The Enterprise J2EE application is the next generation of our flagship record management system, used world-wide by both Government, State and Private entities to manage records associated with Public Safety Incidents. The applicant will be expected to work as a
member of an Agile Scrum team and also be able to work independently as needed. The applicant will be expected to execute tasks on time, correctly and completely. The job entails all aspects of the Software Development Life-cycle including: Definition, Design, Build, Test and Deployment of developed software.
A completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field required, Master's Degree preferred
3-5 years of experience preferred in a corporate environment
Firm understanding of the software development life-cycle process
Understanding of leading industry software best practices including the use of templates and design patterns
Working understanding Windows and/or UNIX operating systems
Experience with at least one Relational Database Management System
Working knowledge of the following technologies: XML, SQL, Object Oriented Programming Language (Java)
Experience with J2EE frameworks and technologies including but not limited to: Struts, Spring or Hibernate
C# experience a PLUS
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Experience developing applications using an industry standard IDE (Eclipse)
US Citizen or Green Card holder requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
