DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
o Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
o Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
o Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
o Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
o Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. o Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
o Develop and implement search strategy
o Other related duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
o Five plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to Corporate staff. o 2 year degree from a recognized college or university, 4 year degree preferred o Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience. o Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes. o Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
