Client Support Specialist

Eurotech is currently recruiting for a Client Support Specialist with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a successful track record of helping prospects by answering questions, acting as the point of contact throughout the sales process, and using sales analytics to support proposed solutions.
Duties:
Coordinate sales support activities such as the generation of quotes for new business opportunities, processing client orders, supporting the sales team in communicating with prospects and customers, and conducting data analysis.
Serve as internal and external escalation point for order status updates for both our clients and global locations.
Support a global team and ensure accurate and timely information is provided to internal and external customers.
Prepare and analyze trends and status reports, drawing data from a variety of sources.
Cultivate customer, vendor representative, and distributor relationships to develop insights into client needs and product trends.
Identify and recommend areas of process and procedure improvement in the sales support cycle.
Qualifications:
5 or more years of demonstrated client management experience desired.
Ability to effectively present information to internal and external customers and develop business solutions to respond to their needs.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce or similar) and ERP (SAP, Microsoft AX or similar) systems preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of electronics or information technology is a plus, but even more important is the desire to learn about Eurotech's products and capabilities.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
