Search Marketing specialist /Account services

A search marketing and branding agency is looking for a Search Marketing specialist to join our Client Services team. You'll work with us on the leading edge of online marketing by managing a large client base. Our intended goal is to continuously raise the bar for our clients by generating more leads for their business.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as great follow up skills.
This position involves speaking with customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Supporting and maintaining client relationships for a sizable client base.
Analyze and understand a client's current SEM strategy, convey the status to them and offer suggestions to improve their results.
Working with different departments within the company to coordinate strategies
Responsible for performance and satisfaction of corporate accounts
Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Be able to properly leverage internal resources for delegation and client support
Keeping current on industry trends and new strategies.
In your tool box:
A genuine interest and care in helping our clients.
3 years of experience managing relationships with a client base is a plus.
Knowledge of online marketing including SEO/SEM/PPC is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (including but not limited to outlook, word, excel, PPT, Google docs, etc), is a must.
Organized self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team and able to lead a team.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks quickly and move onto the next assignment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Great follow up skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
