Position
Summary:
Working from our Columbia Office, the Enrollment Associate Team Lead Position will work with the Enrollment Supervisor and Enrollment Management in supporting and facilitating the day to day operations of the Documentation Processing Team. Primary responsibilities include fielding staff questions regarding the enrollment process completing documentation, maintaining work distribution for the entire team, acting as a lead on team projects and group workshops. The Enrollment Associate Team Lead will also handle escalated calls. Other responsibilities include communicating with families regarding missing or incomplete enrollment data and answering parent inquiries, maintenance of enrollment data and assisting with the saving, uploading, and scanning of enrollment documentation as needed. The Lead position is integral to the success of the Enrollment Team. This person will work with veteran staff to assure the most accurate and timely turnaround with regards to data verification. A successful candidate will remain current on regulations and requirements for all states in addition to state and federal guidelines related to student data and school specific deadlines. The Enrollment Department is the critical first connection between Connections Education and our families, and it is essential that the Enrollment Associate Team Lead, as a member of the Enrollment Team, provide the necessary level of support to meet our goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist Enrollment Supervisor with the management of the daily workflow;
Communicate with families that are missing vital enrollment data and follow up to ensure the delivery of these documents;
Be available to answer staff questions;
Be a point of contact for all Enrollment Teams
Assist Enrollment Supervisors in Conexus record maintenance, as needed;
Maintain accuracy of student records/data in accordance with all regulatory requirements;
Process enrollment documentation; and
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum of 8 months experience in Enrollment Team preferred
Prior school admissions/registration experience a plus
Four year college degree requested
Excellent data analysis skills
Knowledge of Conexus management system preferred
Previous supervisory skills preferred
Previous customer service experience required
Knowledge of online student information systems a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent PC hardware and software skills
Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Highly organized, self-motivated, hard worker
Must be able to learn quickly and multi-task
Ability to pay close attention to detail is essential
