COL MAY 2020 RFP01 DESIGN AND TOOLING ENGINEER Position Summary Provide technical leadership on cross-functional teams throughout the development process from concept through commercialization.
Develops design concepts and ideas for new products and product improvements.
Oversees biomedical/mechanical engineering, design, and development work on assigned projects including prototyping, testing, and evaluation.
Develop and manage timelines and budget for auto-injector component tooling and automation projects.
Provides leadership for mold tooling design and process reviews.
Lead IQ/OQ and dimensional study analyses for new molds and tooling.
Works with Regulatory to develop strategy for product submissions and approvals.
Responsible for adhering to design controls and documenting all product development work in a Design History File.
Responsibilities Provide technical leadership on cross-functional teams within Company Advanced engineering for pre-hospital emergency care products Conceptual design of new drug delivery systems or product enhancements Develop design inputs with associated justification for new product development Lead risk analysis and risk management activities Manages tooling projects which may include plastic injection molding, metal fabrication, rubber molding, or assembly Prepares clearly defined RFQ s and performs contract reviews Develop and justify tooling project budgets and timelines Leads robust mold tooling design and process reviews and coordinates production and testing activities Assists with developing and implementing better and more efficient production processes Approve test protocols and reports Technical oversight of Biomedical and Associate Biomedical Engineers Education & Experience BS Degree in Engineering discipline with 15
years experience MS Degree in Engineering discipline with 10 +- years experience Ph.
D.
in Engineering discipline with 7
years experience (Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred) Requirements Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills Conceptual and creative design skills Design experience with various manufacturing methods such as injection molding, metal stamping, machining, etc.
Mold design and processing, automation Strong mathematical, analytical, and reasoning skills Strong innovation skills Strong research skills Strong in teamwork Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in the organization Strong business acumen demonstrates knowledge of market and competition Proficiency in design software (preferably Solidworks) and other general computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and to work on multiple projects simultaneously Responds to requests for service and assistance with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
