POSITION
Summary:
Responsible for oversight of the Wellness Services at the Company s Job Corps contract locations.
Conducts on-site and remote audits and assessment of the quality and compliance of Center Wellness services and documentation.
Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with all HIPAA laws.
QUALIFICATIONS &
Experience:
Active Nursing license preferred.
Experience in the health care field required.
Knowledge of standard health practices and policies required.
Up to 75% travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
Assists in providing oversight and management of the Wellness Services activities at the Job Corps Centers operated by the Company.
On-going and continuous evaluation, review and implementation of policies and procedures governing assigned Center related activities Assist in developing systems that result in effective Wellness Services implementation.
Ensure continual delivery of high-quality care at all Adams-operated Job Corps Centers.
Adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve company-wide student services at all locations Oversight of company-wide student health care including case management of chronic illness, chart review and preventive health education.
Development and implementation of company-wide Wellness Services programing in accordance with the USDOL, Company and Job Corps guidelines.
Recommends changes and/or revisions to Wellness Services operations at the Centers.
Corporate assessment participation and review of Center Wellness Services as scheduled and assigned.
Wellness Services Training On-site and/or remote training as required for both individuals and groups.
Assist with development of the Company through other assigned tasks to include, but not limited to, coordination with other corporate functional areas, proposal development, temporary assignment to a Center and evaluation of the Wellness Services performance measurement system.
Provides required/supplemental training for new and current employees.
Exchanges ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner and contributes meaningfully to group efforts by offering relevant ideas and knowledge.
Provides quality and timely information to DOL/Company when requested.
Effectively articulates thoughts and ideas.
Identifies problems, analyzes causes and evaluates appropriate solutions prior to taking or recommending actions.
Follows up to ensure prompt/appropriate action is taken and that problems are in fact corrected.
Works in partnership with staff from all Departments to ensure effective supervision and services are provided to students.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
