Job Description

We re adding to our Digital Communications Team and hiring a Web and Marketing Analyst to help optimize our web traffic through capturing and analyzing web analytics. You ll support teams with data driven insights on our digital marketing, customer leads, and grace.com personalization. In addition, you will also consult and collaborate with broader teams on analytics-based digital media strategies, including content strategy, social media, email, search engine optimization and paid search/social media.

The successful candidate must have expertise working with web analytic services (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and personalization platforms (e.g., Adobe Target). Additional responsibilities include:

  • Actively manage our Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Google Analytics accounts
  • Monitor multi-channel campaigns across buying stages and performance
  • Promote a culture of objective assessment and accountability for marketing and communications projects. Develop KPIs, gauge channel performance and user engagement, identify actionable insights, and communicate results through dashboards, presentations and written analyses.
  • Use analytics to help optimize content and user engagement.
  • Build and analyze complex data sets from multiple sources. Identify new quantitative methods and tools to support business communications goals.
  • Act as a consultant to other teams on analytics-based digital media strategies, including content strategy, social media, email, search engine optimization and paid search/social media.

Required Experience

  • B.S. degree
  • Minimum of 3 years web analytics experience

Required Skills

  • Ability to develop strategies and recommendations based on digital data to improve content performance
  • Experience analyzing and presenting large data sets
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, highly preferred, or another CRM
  • Experience working in one or more industry leading data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Adobe Analytics)
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Pardot
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and SharePoint

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
