Develop and demonstrate technical expertise in accounting, reporting and business matters and practices specific to the site operations.
Support the eventual software integration to Oracle from Epicor which would include working with Corporate IT and local Industrial Engineer to set up BOMS and Routers for all existing active parts.
Calculate and evaluate all standard costs, routers and BOMs as part of the integration.
Work with Corporate accounting/Finance to initiate monthly reporting including Hyperion TB submission, Blackline reconciliations, BPC roll-out, and tasks as well as other activities.
Review monthly financial results and related disclosure schedules with group controller and plant leadership.
Assist Corporate Accounting in resolving financial questions or issues related to the global consolidation.
Interact with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit field work and participate in closing meetings as required.
Participate in integration activities and on transition teams, manage all aspects of finance-related transition matters.
Standard costing reviews, testing, creation and final determination Prepare Budgets / Forecasts for Columbia and Lafayette facilities by partnering with Ops leadership teams to develop achievable and realistic budget/forecast as it relates to manufacturing requirements.
Prepare various financial analyses and present such information to site leadership team and occasionally to executive management.
Provide insight and analysis into cost savings opportunities as it relates to production costs/ improvement to standard margins.
Demonstrated ability to interact and collaborate at all levels and across organizational functions Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
An undergraduate degree in accounting is required, MBA is a plus.
Certifications:
CPA is preferred, but not required.

Experience:
Minimum of 7
years' experience in controlling or financial reporting positions, preferably at publicly traded companies.
Demonstrated knowledge of costing and previous experience in a manufacturing environment Effective planning, communication and writing skills also required.
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced accounting and finance environment and perform functions such as the creation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets, account analysis and reconciliation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
