We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As an HR Generalist, you will be involved in a variety of HR programs and initiatives that support the company's overall business objectives and strategic goals.
You will be a part of a dynamic and supportive team of HR professionals who work collaboratively to meet the demanding needs of a growing company.
What you will do:

Assist in development and implementation of various HR policies and procedures and provides guidance to employees and managers
Assist in the development and facilitation of employee on-boarding and off-boarding programs
Collaborate with EEO officers to manage EEO compliance requirements for the company
Develop, maintain, and communicate annual Affirmative Action Plans (AAP)
Manage all immigration and work visa processing for the company and provide training when necessary.

Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to support various initiatives
Maintain knowledge of current HR laws and regulations
Manage Company's annual service award program
Manage employee data and work with team to develop reporting and analytics
Manage the Performance Management System (currently Saba TalentSpace) and provide leadership related to continuous improvement and use of this system
Oversee employee file management system to include management and administration of the software as well as training HR team members when necessary
Supervise HR Assistant?What you'll need to succeed in this role:

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and creative thinking skills
Strong ability to take initiative and work independently
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience with EEO compliance and development of AAP plans
Experience managing immigration / employee visa sponsorship processes
Experience working with a variety of HR-related software systems
Experience developing employee data reports, metrics and analytics

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
