Job Description MENTOR Adult Day Health, a partner of The MENTOR Network, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs.
This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes.
Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Day Program Caregiver/Program Assistant Mentor Adult Day Health is seeking motivated and caring individuals to assist with the development and implementation of individual and group activity programs.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assist with the care, safety, security, and social/recreational activities for the individuals receiving support.
Care for and maintain all recreation equipment Accompany participants in scheduled activities, appointments or others as designatedAssist other staff in carrying out program assignments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GEDMinimum one year experience in providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, preferably with older adults Must be minimum of 18 years of age A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach Bilingual - Korean speaking Why Join Us? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
