Training Specialist II (On-Site)

The Training Specialist II will facilitate and deliver learning solutions in both the traditional and virtual classroom.
The Training Specialist II will also develop and prepare training materials, implement and present training initiatives and measurement of training effectiveness.
The Training Specialist II will participate in teach backs, provide constructive feedback to trainers, and analyze data to determine the effectiveness of training and implementing the appropriate improvements.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Facilitates learning in both traditional and virtual classrooms Incorporates a variety of presentation methods to accommodate different adult learning styles Manages and monitors the classroom through observation and identifies and responds to gaps in training needs Initiates appropriate correspondence to course participants as appropriate Monitors version control/updates to training content (ie PowerPoint Presentations and facilitator guides) as appropriate Collaborates with Learning and Development Manager, Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to ensure training fulfills the needs and objective of the business vertical and Company Collaborates with the Instructional Designer to design exercises, instructional activities and training assessments that support learning initiatives Assists in the development of training support materials, such as job aids or handouts, to reinforce learning that is clear, concise and accurate Runs training reports, analyzes and reports on data relating to training effectiveness and satisfaction Performs train-the-trainer sessions for assigned instructors and subject matter experts as appropriate Collaborates with the Learning and Development Manager to communicate and market training initiatives Remains current with advances in the industry and incorporates into training as appropriate Contributes to the overall success of the Learning and Development department by identifying ways to continuously improving the learning process Partners with the Training Coordinator to enhance the classroom experience Participates and evaluates teach back sessions to provide constructive feedback to trainers and ISDs Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Instructional Technology, Adult Education or a related field preferred 2-4 years' experience facilitating and delivering adult learning solutions in both the traditional and virtual classroom preferred Knowledge of principles of adult learning and needs assessment techniques Strong verbal and written communication skills Facilitation, presentation and listening skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Basic skills in using synchronous learning platforms (ie WebEx) Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates, subject matter experts and project team to ensure a successful program Must meet federal, state, and local requirements.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
